History
Huacheng Boyuan Engineering technology group was founded in 1993. Group of Medical Architectural Design Institute（abbreviate: BoYuan Medical）was founded at the beginning of year 2014. The principal technical team has nearly a twenty years design experience in the field of medical architectural design. Senior architects participated and completed over 50 medical buildings in seventeen provinces and municipalities in China. Our projects cover across both China and overseas with different type of hospitals.

Junior Design Architect
Requirements：
As an architectural designer or intern architect, you will have the chance to work on multiple facilities to grow your career. You will be part of a team working on projects that make our clients successful today , while helping them develop and capitalize on emerging technologies for tomorrow. Collaboration is a key strength and you will have the opportunity to work alongside our senior Architects with project team members including structural, mechanical, electrical engineers to develop high quality designs and documentation, as well as work in cutting edge technologies in BIM. If you are up for the challenge, we have been looking for someone just like you.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develops working drawings, presentation sketches and renders under guidance of design directors and senior Architects
- Adherence and implementation of CAD/BIM standards to product quality drawings
- Support multiple projects under direction of the Project Architect
- Assist job captain in milestone delivery of production drawings
Intermediate Architectural Intern
Requirements：
Qualifications include:
minimum 3-5 years experience in working drawings, contract administration and project management.
thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing, to develop and coordinate contract documents and document checking
excellent time management skills
ability to work independently and on multiple projects
knowledge of building code
excellent design and visual presentation skills, specifically for 3D & photoshopping would be an asset
proficiency in Autodesk software (AutoCAD & Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Sketch Up an asset.
excellent written and verbal communication
